Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Nothing is on sale yet, so today there is nothing to refund. This page explains the free trial, and sets out the rights that apply from the moment paid plans open: cancelling, the 14-day right of withdrawal, and how to actually get your money back.

1. Who you are buying from

Paid plans cannot be bought at the moment. The product has no checkout, no payment provider is configured in production, and no payment has ever been taken from anyone.

Because of that, there is no seller yet either. The prices you see on the pricing page are list prices for plans that are not yet on sale. When paid plans open, subscriptions to PS UI TOOLKIT will be sold by a merchant of record: a payment company that is the legal seller for your purchase — it takes the payment, calculates and remits tax, issues the invoice and processes refunds. We have not chosen that company, so we do not name it here; this page will carry its name before the first sale.

We operate the service. Once payments are live and you ask us for a refund, we approve it and pass it to the merchant of record to execute — which is why the money will come back from them rather than from us.

From that point the buyer terms of the merchant of record will apply to the transaction alongside this page. Where this page gives you more than their policy requires, we honour this page; where their policy gives you a right this page does not mention, that right still stands. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights.

2. The free trial

New accounts start on Basic (Trial), a separate 7-day plan — not on the Basic plan itself. Nothing is charged during the trial, and it does not turn into a paid plan by itself.

Read this before you judge the product by the trial: on the trial plan only the two notification steps can be used, so a trial package shows a message on a machine rather than installing anything on it. Section 4 of the Terms sets out the restriction in full. We are saying it here because the trial is the only thing you can start today — there is no paid plan to buy instead — and we would rather you knew the shape of that limit up front than discovered it on your first real package.

We email you shortly before the trial ends and again when it ends, so it never runs out silently. Those two are the only messages the trial sends you by default; the product also contains one optional reminder a week later, which ships switched off and is described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy. If you do not subscribe, nothing is deleted: the workspace becomes read-only, you keep access to what you made, and you can still export it.

3. The 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. This right applies to every purchase from the first day paid plans open; it has nothing to attach to yet, because nothing can be bought today.

The period runs for 14 days from the day the contract is concluded — in practice, from the day you subscribe. To withdraw, tell us clearly within that period, or tell the merchant of record that sold you the subscription. An email saying you withdraw is enough and you do not have to explain why.

Because this is a digital service that starts the moment you buy it, the law handles the overlap like this:

  • At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want the service to start straight away, before the 14 days are up, and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.
  • If you withdraw after the service has started but while the period is still running, you pay only for what you actually used — a proportion of the price for the days that elapsed — and we refund the rest.
  • If you were never asked for that confirmation, or did not give it, you get a full refund.

For consumers in Türkiye the equivalent rules come from the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, which also give a 14-day withdrawal period together with an exception for services performed immediately in an electronic environment with the consumer's consent. We apply the same proportional approach described above.

Business customers — buying for a company, or as a sole trader in the course of business — have no statutory right of withdrawal, but section 5 still applies to them.

4. Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Account → Subscription in the app.

  • Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period you already paid for. You keep full access until then.
  • You are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
  • Cancelling does not delete your data. Ask us at info@psuitoolkit.com if you want it erased as well.

Cancelling on its own does not refund the period you are in. If you want money back rather than simply no renewal, that is a refund — see below.

5. When we refund

No charge has ever been made, so there is nothing outstanding to refund today. These are the rules we will apply to every charge from the moment paid plans open. We refund in these cases:

  • A valid withdrawal within 14 days, as described above.
  • You were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or the wrong plan.
  • The service was substantially unusable for a meaningful part of your billing period because of a fault on our side and we could not fix it in reasonable time. We look at these individually and we do not ask you to prove a loss.

We generally do not refund in these cases, unless the law requires it:

  • You used the service for most of a period and then decided you did not need it. Cancel instead — you will not be billed again.
  • You used up a plan quota, such as the monthly package build limit.
  • A package you built did not behave the way you wanted on your machines. Section 7 of the Terms explains why: you design the flow and you test the result.

6. How to ask

Two routes, both fine:

  • Email info@psuitoolkit.com from the address on your account. Tell us which charge, and why if it helps — you never have to justify a withdrawal.
  • Or, once payments are live, use the buyer support channel of the merchant of record linked on your receipt.

We do not promise a response time we cannot guarantee, but refund requests are the ones we deal with first. Where a refund is due by law it is paid within 14 days of the request being accepted, to the payment method you used.

Refunds are issued in the currency you were charged in. Differences caused by bank or card-network conversion are outside our control.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback freezes the amount for weeks and usually ends in the same outcome we could have given you in a day. If one is opened, the related subscription may be suspended until it is resolved.

8. Price changes

Prices shown in the app are monthly list prices in US dollars, and nothing can be charged against them yet — there is no checkout. When one opens, tax will be added by the merchant of record at checkout according to where you are.

If we change the price of a plan, the change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before your next renewal so you can cancel if you disagree.
